Geophagus Steindachneri Red Hump Eartheater

The Geophagus Red Hump Eartheater is a very adaptable and personable fish with great adult coloring.  Unfortunately we lost our breeder male and don’t have any adult pictures at the moment.  When we run out of stock on this fish it might be awhile before we get more until we can create another breeding group.  This fish enjoys sifting sand through it’s gills and works hard to keep your aquarium clean.  Because of this we recommend a sand substrate in your aquarium.
